By accessing and using Tholth Mall, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement.

2. Products & Pricing

• All prices are listed in the local currency and include applicable taxes
• We reserve the right to change prices without notice
• Product images are for illustration purposes; actual products may vary
• We make every effort to display colors accurately, but we cannot guarantee exact color representation

3. Orders, Payment & T-Coin Wallet

• All orders are subject to acceptance and availability
• We accept T-Coin wallet balance, card payments (where available), and Cash on Delivery
• T-Coin is an internal store-credit balance, valued at 1 T-Coin = 1 SAR, redeemable for purchases on Tholth Mall and withdrawable per Section 5
• T-Coin top-ups are processed securely through certified payment gateways and credited only after payment is verified
• Order confirmation will be sent via email upon successful payment

4. Shipping & Delivery

• Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed
• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location
• Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery
• You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information

5. Returns, Refunds & Withdrawals

• You may return unused products within 14 days of delivery
• Products must be in original condition with tags attached
• All refunds are credited to your T-Coin wallet, regardless of your original payment method (card, PayPal, Cash on Delivery, etc.) — we do not reverse charges back to an external card or account
• T-Coin in your wallet can be spent on future purchases, or withdrawn back to real funds via a withdrawal request
• Withdrawal requests are reviewed manually; the requested amount is reserved from your balance immediately and paid out (or returned to your wallet if declined) after review — this is not an instant, automated payout
• Minimum withdrawal amount and processing times may apply and are shown in your account
• Shipping costs are non-refundable

6. Limitation of Liability

Tholth Mall shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our service or products.

How to Return

3. Pack item securely in original packaging
4. Ship to the address provided

🪙 Refunds — always to your T-Coin Wallet

• Approved refunds are credited to your T-Coin wallet, typically within minutes of approval
• This applies regardless of how you originally paid — card, PayPal, Cash on Delivery, or wallet — we do not reverse charges back to an external card or account
• T-Coin can be spent immediately on future purchases, or withdrawn back to real funds via a withdrawal request in your account
• Shipping costs are non-refundable
• You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective

💸 Withdrawing T-Coin

• You can request to withdraw your T-Coin balance back to real funds at any time from your account's Wallet section
• The requested amount is reserved from your balance the moment you submit the request
• Our team reviews each request manually and sends payment via bank transfer (or another agreed method) — this is not an instant, automated process
• If a request is declined, the reserved amount is returned to your wallet automatically
